Window helps you search for and monitor flight prices. This policy explains the information we handle, why we handle it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your email address, account identifier, and sign-in method. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive the basic profile information Google authorizes for your account.
- Travel information. The routes, dates, passenger counts, cabin preferences, saved trips, trackers, and alert preferences you create.
- Subscription information. Your Window plan, trial and subscription status, and Stripe customer references. Stripe processes payment-card details; Window does not receive or store full card numbers.
- Service and technical information. Information needed to operate and protect the service, including session information, device/browser information, IP address, and request logs.
How we use information
We use information to provide trackers and fare results, preserve your saved trips across devices, send the notifications you select, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and improve Window.
When we share information
We use service providers that process information on our behalf: Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for subscriptions and payments, Resend for email alerts, Google when you choose Google sign-in, Google Cloud for hosting, and flight-data providers to retrieve fare information. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Your choices
You can change your alert delivery preference in Account, manage or cancel a subscription through Stripe, and stop using Window at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, email flywindowsupport@gmail.com.
Data retention and security
We retain account and travel information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Window is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
