These Terms govern your use of Window. By using Window, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Window’s service

Window helps you search and monitor flight prices and date combinations. Window does not sell airline tickets, operate flights, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or duration of any quoted fare. Airline and third-party provider prices can change at any time; confirm every fare, itinerary, and booking condition with the booking provider before purchase.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not use Window unlawfully, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass limits or security measures, or use automated means to extract data from Window without written permission.

Free and Premium service

Window offers free and paid Premium features. Premium features, availability, and limits are shown in the app at the time you subscribe. We may change non-material features or improve the service over time.

Subscriptions, trials, and cancellation

Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe. If you start a trial, the selected subscription price is charged after the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled. You can manage payment details, plan changes, and cancellation through the Stripe billing portal linked from Window. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Content and intellectual property

Window and its software, design, and content are owned by Window or its licensors. You retain ownership of information you provide, and grant us permission to process it only as needed to operate and improve the service.

Disclaimers and limits

Window is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Window disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. We are not responsible for airline decisions, third-party booking sites, fare changes, missed travel opportunities, or indirect losses arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to flywindowsupport@gmail.com.
